Medicine is as much about the person as is it is about the pill. Quintiles wanted to be seen as a partner in your health rather than merely a CRO. So for this pitch, I crafted a personal touch. From landing page to email, banners to belly bands, I created an experience that repositioned Quintiles authentically to its customers.
